The Managerial Training Program is designed for those will be overseeing day to day care home operations and/or supervising those who provide care & assistance for the elderly, sick, or disabled. This course consists of 8 hours of training. This certificate program meets the training requirements of the Arizona Department of Health Services for managers in assisted living facilities.
R9-10-724.B.3.d For an individual who will be acting as a manager of an assisted living facility: eight hours or the amount of time needed to verify that an individual demonstrates the specific skills and knowledge in the learning objectives in each of the following training components: - Developing resident service plans,
- Business practices,
- Personnel management,
- Delegation of authority,
- Developing policies and procedures, and
- Overview of the laws and rules governing assisted living facilities;
